These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of profilmfl.com (the "Site"), operated by Kratos One LLC ("ProFilm," "we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.
2. Quotes & estimates
Any price, range, or recommendation shown on the Site or provided in response to your request is a non-binding estimate, not a final offer or contract. Final pricing depends on your specific vehicle, condition, film/material selected, and inspection. Submitting the quote form does not create a binding agreement; a booking is confirmed only when we agree on the work, price, and date directly.
3. Services & warranty
We install premium window film, paint protection film (PPF), chrome delete, and vinyl wrap using products from manufacturers such as 3M, XPEL, and Llumar. Our workmanship is backed by a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, cracking, and color change. Manufacturer film warranties are provided by the manufacturer subject to their terms. We do not guarantee specific results such as exact temperature reduction or range gains; figures shown on the Site are general illustrations.
4. Legal tint limits
Window tint darkness (VLT) and windshield tinting are regulated by Florida law. We install in accordance with applicable regulations, and it is the customer's responsibility to disclose any medical exemption or special requirement. We are not responsible for citations resulting from a customer's requested configuration that does not comply with the law.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the ProFilm name, logo, text, and graphics — is owned by Kratos One LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites and services (such as Google Maps or Facebook Messenger). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kratos One LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the revision.
